Description: CSK(Tyrosine-protein kinase CSK) is also named as C-Src kinase, protein-tyrosine kinase CYL and belongs to the protein kinase superfamily. Csk is a non-receptor tyrosine kinase with a molecular mass of 50 kDa. It contains the SH3 and SH2 domains in its N-terminus and a kinase domain in its C-terminus. It negatively regulates the kinase activity of SFKs and plays an important role in physiological functions via signaling pathways for cell proliferation, differentiation, adhesion, and migration. Csk may play a role in tumor suppression by inhibiting the oncogenic activity of SFKs. Indeed, overexpression of Csk can inhibit tumor growth of human colon cancer cells. This protein can be autophosphorylated.

Supplier: Proteintech
Description: EF-hand type Ca2+-binding proteins consists of several family members, including Centrin-1, Centrin-2 and Centrin-3. The Centrin proteins are ubiquitously expressed cytoskeletal components that show increased expression during cell differentiation. Centrin-1 plays important roles in the determination of centrosome position and segregation, and in the process of microtubule severing. Centrin-1 is localized to the centrosome of interphase cells, and redistributes to the region of the spindle poles during mitosis, reflecting the dynamic behavior of the centrosome during the cell cycle.

Catalog Number: (10084-586)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: CEP152, also named as KIAA0912, is a regulator of genomic integrity and cellular response to DNA damage acting through ATR-mediated checkpoint signaling. It is necessary for centrosome duplication. CEP152 functions as a molecular scaffold facilitating the interaction of PLK4 and CENPJ, two molecules involved in centriole formation. CEP152, ATR and CENPJ control cellular responses to DNA damage. CEP152 has some isoforms woth MW 189 kDa, 152 kDa, 110 kDa and 66 kDa.

Catalog Number: (10084-678)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: CES3 is involved in the detoxification of xenobiotics and in the activation of ester and amide prodrugs. It is expressed in liver, colon and small intestine. This antibody recognizes both isoforms with MW 60-62 kDa and 24 kDa.

Catalog Number: (10084-720)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: CHMP4B (charged multivesicular body protein 4b) is a human homologue of yeast Snf7p (also named Vps32p) and a member of CHMP family which is implicated in multivesicular body (MVB) sorting. The CHMP proteins are components of ESCRT-III (endosomal sorting complex required for transport III), a complex involved in degradation of surface receptor proteins and formation of endocytic multivesicular bodies. Among seven CHMP family members, only CHMP4 has been found to interact with Alix, a multifunctional adaptor protein in various cellular functions. This antibody is highly specific to the CHMP4B and it doesn’t cross-react with other CHMPs as well as other CHMP4s (CHMP4A and CHMP4C).

Catalog Number: (10084-738)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: CHRNA10, also named as NACHRA10, belongs to the ligand-gated ion channel (TC 1.A.9) family, Acetylcholine receptor (TC 1.A.9.1) subfamily and Alpha-10/CHRNA10 sub-subfamily. It is an ionotropic receptor with a probable role in the modulation of auditory stimuli. In the ear, CHRNA10 may lead to a reduction in basilar membrane motion, altering the activity of auditory nerve fibers and reducing the range of dynamic hearing. It may protect against acoustic trauma. This antibody is specific to CHRNA10.

Supplier: Proteintech
Description: Anti-CHMP7 Antibody, Host Species: Rabbit, Cross Reactivity: Human,Mouse,Rat, Immunogen: Recombinant Protein, 103-453 amino acid, Format:Antigen affinity purification, Application: ELISA, WB, IHC, Recommended Storage: - 20 C or lower

Catalog Number: (10084-710)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: Chk2(Checkpoint kinase 2) is also named as CDS1, CHEK2, RAD53 and belongs to the CHK2 subfamily. It is a protein kinase that is activated in response to DNA damage and involved in cell cycle arrest. It also mediates the induction of senescence in fibroblasts, but is dispensable for the induction of telomere dysfunction checkpoints at the stem and progenitor cell level. This protein can exsit as a dimer . Active forms of CHEK2 devoid of phosphorylation at Thr-68 can form unstable dimers. Defects in CHEK2 is a cause of susceptibility to breast cancer (BC). It has 12 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

Catalog Number: (10084-700)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: The Checkpoint with forkhead and RING finger domains protein(CHFR) is a checkpoint protein that reportedly initiates a cell cycle delay in response to microtubule stress during prophase in mitosis and it has been hypothesized to be a tumor suppressor with a potential role as a biomarker for chemotherapeutic response to Taxol. It belongs to the CHFR family. Endogenous Chfr is ubiquitinated and phosphorylated in an MPF-dependent manner in mitotic Xenopus egg extracts. It has 5 isoforms produced by alternative splicing.

Supplier: Proteintech
Description: Anti-CHRFAM7A Antibody, Host Species: Rabbit, Cross Reactivity: Human, Immunogen: Fusion Protein, 241-386 amino acid, Format:Antigen affinity purification, Application: ELISA, WB, Recommended Storage: - 20 C or lower

Catalog Number: (10084-718)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: CHMP2B, chromatin-modifying protein 2b, also named as CHMP2.5, VPS2B and VPS2 2, belongs to the chromatin-modifying protein / charged multivesicular body protein (CHMP) family. It is a component of endosomal sorting complex required for transport III (ESCRT-III), which involves in endosomal and autophagic trafficking of proteins to lysosomes for degradation. Mutations of CHMP2B lead to C-terminal truncation or been replaced with mis-splicing C-termini and cause frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD). In CHMP2B mutation patients, p62- and ubiquitin-positive, but TDP-43 and FUS negative neural inclusions are formed, maybe caused by impaired lysosomal degradation through the autophagy and endosome-lysosome pathways.

Catalog Number: (10084-748)
Supplier: Proteintech
Description: Acetylcholine receptors (AChRs) are integral membrane proteins that respond to the binding of acetylcholine (ACh), a neurotransmitter synthesized, stored and finally released by cholinergic neurons. After binding acetylcholine, the AChR responds by an extensive change in conformation that affects all subunits and leads to opening of an ion-conducting channel across the plasma membrane. The muscle acetylcholine receptor is composed of five subunits: two alpha subunits and one each of the beta, delta, and gamma (in immature muscle) or epsilon (in mature muscle) subunits. CHRNB1 gene encodes acetylcholine receptor subunit beta (ACHRB). Mutations in this gene are associated with slow-channel congenital myasthenic syndrome.
