Constructed from durable, non-slip materials, the heel grounders provide protection for staff on the move. These heel grounders connect the person wearing them to the ground via a proper floor mat or flooring material. When worn on both feet, the devices provide consistent grounding even while in motion. Toe-style grounders feature a conductive cup that fits securely on the toe of footwear and is held in place by an elastic ankle strap.
