The devices successfully clean up labeling and PCR reactions, isolate specific sections, buffer exchange, clarify samples, and remove particulates. Filters with nylon membrane are ideal for prefiltration clean-up of large agarose or acrylamide gel debris prior to purification with an MWCO device.
