The Sterisart® Gen 4 peristaltic sterility testing pump features a compact, universal design that easily fits into various workspaces, including benchtops in cleanrooms, laminar airflow/biological safety cabinets, and other advanced aseptic processing systems, such as RABS and sterility testing isolators.
With its flexible modular design and convenience of upgradability, the Sterisart® Gen 4 peristaltic sterility testing pump is available in three options, offering a version that aligns with specific requirements, budget, and operational goals.
The Basic model provides key functions without the added cost of a digital display. The Essential model includes a user-friendly digital display for real-time data visualization. The Advanced model integrates 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software for enhanced traceability.
The pump is built from 316L mirror finish stainless steel and designed for easy disassembly of components, facilitating easy cleaning, and withstands the rigors of vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) decontamination. The rotor-head is designed for superior accuracy and reliability, delivering precise liquid displacement for consistent volume distribution into the Sterisart® family of sterility testing canisters.The intuitive tubing guide and clamps ease tube threading, and the manual fail-safe locking mechanism diminishes the risk of accidental jamming and downtime associated with automated closing systems.
The pump also features an open design. With its versatile slide-out drain tray design, it accommodates a range of sterility testing canisters on the market. Every component of the pump is designed for ease-of-use. The orientation, swivel, tilt, and height of various elements can be adjusted for optimal comfort. The pump also includes a real-time overpressure monitoring system, but with limited functionality in the basic model.
The system is accompanied by qualification documents (IQ/OQ) to ensure credibility, along with detailed user manuals for support and maintenance.

Accessories information: The optional Sterisart® Universal Gen 4 Isolator Installation Kit is designed for seamless integration of the Sterisart® Universal pump in sterility tesitng isolators with a round cut-out. The airtight seals maintain the integrity of the isolator, ensuring a secure environment and guaranteeing an IP65 rating for the pump when integrated into the isolator.
This kit contains: (2) Viton O-rings (270×3mm), (3) housing discs, (3) M6×8 cylinder head screws, (3) M6×12 cylinder head screws, (2) M5×12 countersunk screws, (1) grounding wire (250mm), (2) brass bolts for attaching the housing, and (1) stainless steel adapter.
