Wrenches are available in three standard sizes, to accommodate the hex headed fittings used throughout the analytical industry

Wrenches are slotted to fit over most commonly-used tubing diameters. Upchurch Scientific® Polymer Tubing Cutter. A flat, 90° burr-free cut on polymer tubing is assured with this durable, reliable, and easy to operate tubing cutter. Included in the design are guide holes for both 1/16" and 1/8" outside diameter (OD) tubing. The A-328 is a replacement pack of blades for use with Upchurch Scientific® standard polymer tubing cutters.

Designed for all-polymer capillary (1/6" or smaller) OD tubing, the Polymer Tubing Cutters ensure a flat 90°, burr-free cut. Each cutter features guide holes for precise cutting, and are durable, reliable, and easy to operate. Five replacement blades are included with each cutter. FlushNut™ Wrenches are designed especially to tighten FlushNut fittings into receiving ports. FlushNut Fittings are designed for tight-space applications where nut heads often interfere with each other. When coupled with an appropriate ferrule and tightened into a receiving port, the FlushNuts' slotted head seats at or near flush with the top of the port allowing the fitting to reside in closer proximity than any other option on the market. All FlushNut Fittings are manufactured from 316-stainless steel, except the P-321 Plug, which is made of PEEK™ polymer. The carbide blade is designed to quickly cleave fused silica capillary tubing of a variety of inner and outer diameters. Just allow the blade to lightly rest on the surface of the tubing and -- while holding the capillary tubing in place -- gently pull the carbide blade across the tubing's surface. If the tubing is not cut all the way through, simply pull both ends of the tubing apart -- the tubing should cleave at the score mark left by the blade. (NOTE: Be sure to inspect the cut ends for debris, cracking of the silica, etc., that could lead to future tubing performance problems or allow particulate mattter to clog sensitive downstream components.)

The Fused Silica Tubing Cutter, designed to cut tubing with 350 – 780 µm ODs and 100 – 350 µm tubing IDs, ensures clean, trouble-free cutting of fused silica tubing. Traditional cutters often leave jagged, uneven cuts because only a small part of the tubing wall is scratched and then the tubing is is snapped or pulled in two. With the Shortix cutter, a diamond blade is rotated around the entire circumference of the tubing, which provides a better cut than any other product on the market. A built-in magnifying glass makes examining cut tubing ends easy. Use the LT-300 Removal Tool to detach LiteTouch® and Super Flangeless™ Ferrules from tubing. Simply slide the appropriate tool blade slot between the lock ring and the ferrule body – with a slight twist, the ring will pop off releasing the ferule from the tubing. Note: this tool will not work with the LT-135 Ferrule System. Extender tools can be used to tighten most Upchurch Scientific knurled nuts in hard to reach replaces. For precise tightening, the extender tools listed with 1/4” hex drives are designed to adapt to any torque wrench with a female 1/4" socket.

Available in 90 or 180 degree angles and made from PBT (polybutylene terephthalate), these polymer tubing elbows help you navigate the many lengths of PEEK™ or other 1/16" OD tubing through your system. Just by snapping these guides onto your tubing, you can easily guide tubing around tight corners without crimping the tube. Use the Tubing Expanding Awl when working with barbed fittings. Sometimes, tubing can be too tight to fit over the barb properly, but by simply placing the end of the awl inside your peristaltic tubing and expanding the tubing, your tubing will easily and securely fit over the barbed fitting. This Awl can also be used with semi-rigid tubing (e.g., FEP, PFA, etc.) for those rare applications where this type of tubing needs to be paired with a barbed fitting. Great for bundling your tubing, the safety wrap is a specially designed polyethylene covering for bundling tubing, wires, or other types of conductors. By using safety wrap, you are adding to the safety, appearance, and stability to your equipment and laboratory.
