G-Biosciences' Deoxynucleotides (dNTPs) consist of aqueous solutions at pH7.0 of dATP, dCTP, dGTP or dTTP in 100 mM concentration, each supplied in individual vials

In addition, G-Biosciences offers a dNTP Mix is a ready-to-use, aqueous solution at pH7.0, that contains dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 10 mM. The dNTP Mix has been functionally tested in PCR with Taq and Pfu DNA polymerases. The mix is endo/exoribonuclease-, ribonuclease- and phosphatase-free. The mix reduces the number of pipeting steps and the risk of errors.

G-Biosciences' deoxynucleotides are for research use only (not for clinical use) in PCR, long PCR, RT-PCR, cDNA synthesis, primer extension, DNA sequencing and DNA labeling.

Although the nucleotides are provided separately, G-Biosciences also offers a dNTP Set, for maximum flexibility in the preparation of reaction mixes for different applications.
