ELISA plates are available with two different protein-binding capacities; medium binding and high binding. They are produced in the ANSI/SLAS standard format, making the plates compatible with common dispensers, washers, and readers.

ELISA plates are suitable for a wide range of applications in immunoanalytics. Medium binding ELISA plates are hydrophobic, and are generally suitable for adsorption of primarily hydrophobic and larger/flexible molecules. High binding ELISA plates feature a defined hydrophilic surface optimized for the adsorption of more hydrophilic and small/rigid molecules.
