CellPro bottle top filters are available in 0.22 and 0.45 µm PES membrane, featuring a screw-on funnel with a lid and a graduated nozzle connection suitable for various diameter vacuum hoses. These filters boast engraved graduation marks for accuracy and are gamma sterilized, ensuring they are sterile and certified RNAse, DNAse, and pyrogen free. Packaged in 1 per bag and 24 per case, each filter is individually wrapped and offers low protein binding, making them ideal for sterile filtration tasks. With extremely high flow rates at low differential pressure, they are recommended for use at pressures greater than −60 kPa and up to −90 kPa.

The PES material used is known for its durability and lower protein binding compared to CA (calcium acetate). These filters are suitable for sterile filtration of media and other cleanroom tasks, including filtering liquid pharmaceuticals and protein solutions during medicinal drug processing. Ideal for purifying tissue culture media and other liquid samples, they are designed to fit standard diameter glass or polystyrene receiving media bottles, such as Pyrex, facilitating efficient workflow in laboratory settings.

Lowest protein binding material for high recovery rates. PES (Polyethersulfone) material is proven to be lower protein binding than CA (Calcium Acetate) with far superior durability. Suitable for sterile filtration of media and other production/cleanroom tasks. Sterile filter liquid pharmaceuticals and protein solutions during medicinal drug processing.
