Cyn Monkey PPARd Luciferase Reporter Assay Kit
Supplier: INDIGO BIOSCIENCES INC MS
Eliminate weeks of cell culture while achieving superior sensitivity with reproducible results from this all-inclusive cell-based luciferase reporter assay. INDIGO’s Cyn Monkey Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor delta reporter assay allows you to quickly screen test samples to quantify functional activity, either agonist or antagonist, they may exert against cPPARd (NR1C2).
- Includes cryopreserved reporter cells engineered to provide constitutive expression of the receptor
- Kit includes reporter cells, optimized media for use during cell thawing and in diluting test samples, reference agonist, Luciferase Detection Reagent, cell culture-ready assay plate, and detailed protocol
- Exceptional cell viability post-thaw
- Consistent results lot to lot (product quality data available upon request)
This is an all-inclusive cell-based luciferase reporter assay kit targeting the Cynomolgus Monkey Peroxisome Proliferator-Activated Receptor Delta. INDIGO's cPPAR delta reporter assay utilizes proprietary non-human mammalian cells that have been engineered to provide constitutive expression of the cPPAR delta. In addition to cPPAR delta Reporter Cells, this kit provides two optimized media for use during cell culture and in diluting the user's test samples, a reference agonist, Luciferase Detection Reagent, and a cell culture-ready assay plate. The principal application of this assay is in the screening of test samples to quantify any functional activity, either agonist or antagonist, that they may exert against cPPAR delta. This kit provides researchers with: Clear, reproducible results, exceptional cell viability post-thaw, consistent results lot to lot.
Ordering information: Kits are all-inclusive assay systems featuring live cells.
Delivery information: Kits are shipped via overnight delivery on dry ice. Due to extreme temperature-sensitivity of the live cells, kits must be stored at −80 °C.
Caution: Do not store in liquid nitrogen. Note reporter cells cannot be refrozen or maintained in extended culture.
