CytoSelect™ ECM Cell Adhesion Assays provide full quantitation on a microplate reader

If you are studying more than one ECM protein, select our most popular Cell Adhesion Assay: the ECM Array. This kit includes a plate containing one row of each of the 5 substrates, plus one row uncoated which may be used as a negative control.

No manual cell counting is required. Adhesion studies are performed in the provided 48-well plates which are precoated with a uniform substrate layer of a single ECM protein: Collagen I, Collagen IV, Fibrinogen, Fibronectin, or Laminin. Cells are then lysed and transfered to a 96-well plate for quantitation with either a colorimetric or fluorometric dye.
