The durable leather pad is double-stitched with DuPont™ Kevlar® fiber, ensuring superior grip and protection against sharp snags and punctures.
Use in the appliance manufacturing, automotive, general carpentry, general industry, glass, masonry and tile, metal fabrication, metalworking, mining, plumbers, and textiles industries. Uses include press and welding; handling heavy, oily metal pieces; heat protection; handling door panels, hoods and other sharp-edged materials; handling of fabricated building materials such as concrete block, brick, tile, and lumber; handling slitter blades and utility knives; sheet metal handling and finishing; and small to medium scale metal stamping.
Engineered yarns provide high cut protection-to-weight ratio for handling sharp and fabricated materials including concrete block, lumber, and slitter blades. Gloves are reinforced in thumb crotch offering extra durability in this high-wear area. Additionally, gloves protect hands from intermittent heat contact up to 200 °F.
