Catalog Number: (RL200-502-M70)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: Anti-CD4 is useful for Immunofluorescence and Flow Cytometry (Cell Surface). Researchers should determine optimal titers for applications that are not stated.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The DATK32 antibody is specific for a combinatorial epitope of the mouse integrin alpha 4/beta 7 (LPAM-1) heterodimer. LPAM-1 is expressed on most mature lymphocytes and sub-populations of thymocytes and bone marrow cells. It is involved in lymphocyte adhesion and migration and is a receptor for several extracellular matrix proteins including VCAM-1, fibronectin, and MAdCAM-1.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The TER-119 antibody is named for the antigen to which it binds, a 52 kDa surface protein that is associated with glycophorin-A. TER-119 is considered to be a lineage marker for later stages of erythroid cell development, as its expression begins at the pro-erythroblast stage. TER-119 antigen is not expressed at either BFU-E or CFU-E stages, i.e. prior to the pro-erythroblast stage.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The 1A8 antibody binds to mouse Ly-6G, commonly known as Gr-1, a member of the Ly-6 superfamily of GPI-anchored cell surface proteins with roles in cell signaling and cell adhesion. Gr-1 is differentially expressed during development and maturation of cells in the myeloid lineage and is expression at varying stages and levels on monocytes, macrophages, granulocytes, and peripheral neutrophils.

Catalog Number: (10050-604)
Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The HRPN immunoglobulin is useful as an isotype-matched control. The HRPN immunolglobulin has an unknown binding specificity and is used as an isotype control for rat IgG1 antibodies.

Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The RPA-T4 antibody reacts with human CD4, a 59 kDa protein which acts as a co-receptor for the T cell receptor (TCR) in its interaction with MHC Class II molecules on antigen-presenting cells. The extracellular domain of CD4 binds to the beta-2 domain of MHC Class II, while its cytoplasmic tail provides a binding site for the tyrosine kinase lck, facilitating the signaling cascade that initiates T cell activation. CD4, and co-receptors CCR5 and CXCR4, may also be utilized by HIV-1 to enter T cells. Human CD4 is typically expressed on thymocytes, some mature T cell populations such as Th17 and T regulatory (Treg) cells, as well as on dendritic cells.
Supplier: Tonbo Biosciences
Description: The M5/114.15.2 antibody reacts with mouse MHC Class II alloantigens I-Ab, I-Ad, I-Aq, I-Ed, and I-Ek, as well as being cross-reactive with mouse cells of H-2p and H-2r haplotype. MHC Class II is widely expressed by mouse immune cells bearing these alloantigens, including T and B cells, monocytes, macrophages and dendritic cells. The antibody does not react with the following alloantigens: I-Af, I-Ak, I-As, or NOD H-2g7.

Catalog Number: (10800-474)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: BRSK1 was initially identified as a mammalian homolog to the fission yeast S. pombe Cdr2, a mitosis-regulatory kinase and also shows significant homology to the C. elegans neuronal cell polarity regulator SAD1. BRSK1 is unbiquitously expressed, with highest levels of expression in the brain and testes. Similar to its yeast homolog, BRSK1 is thought to be involved in stress-induced cell cycle arrest. Overexpression of this protein leads to the G2/M arrest in HeLa S2 cells and UV-induced G2/M arrest could be partially abrogated by reduced expression of BRSK1 through the use of siRNA, indicating its role in DNA damage checkpoint function. More recently, it has been shown that both BRSK1 and the related protein BRSK2 are required for mammalian neuronal polarization. While BRSK1- and BRSK2-null mice were viable, double-mutant mice died within two hours of birth. Neurons from these mice showed uniformly-sized neurites as opposed to the normal long axon and multiple shorter dendrites. These neurites also displayed both axonal and dendritic markers. At least two isoforms of BRSK1 are known to exist.

Catalog Number: (10800-514)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: CAPS1 and its related protein CAPS2 encode novel neural/endocrine-specific cytosolic and peripheral membrane proteins. Both are essential components of the synaptic vesicle priming machinery and are required for the Ca2+-regulated exocytosis of secretory vesicles; CAPS-deficienct neurons contain no or very few fusion competent synaptic vesicles, causing a selective impairment of fast phasic transmitter release. CAPS1 acts at a stage in exocytosis that follows ATP-dependent priming, which involves the essential synthesis of phosphatidylinositol 4, 5-bisphosphate and is thought to be a specific regulator of large dense-core vesicle fusion.

Catalog Number: (10800-988)
Supplier: Rockland Immunochemical
Description: The DCNP1 (dendritic cell nuclear protein 1) gene is specifically expressed in dendritic cells, potent antigen-presenting cells involved in activating naive T cells to initiate antigen-specific immune response (1). It is localized mainly in the perinucleus. One of the alleles (A/T) of this gene causes premature translation termination at aa 117 and has been associated with an increased prevalence of major depression in humans (2,3). DCNP1 may play a role in the pathogenesis of depressive disorders by enhancing corticotropin-releasing hormone expression in the hypothalamic paraventricular nucleus (4).
