Human PIGR ELISA Kit
Supplier: CLOUD-CLONE CORP MS
This assay has high sensitivity and excellent specificity for detecting Human PIGR (Polymeric Immunoglobulin Receptor). The assay range is from 62.5 to 4000 pg/ml (Sandwich kit) with a sensitivity of 25.5 pg/ml. There is no detectable cross-reactivity with other relevant proteins. Activity loss rate and accelerated stability test ect have been conducted to guarantee the best performance of the products after long storage and delivery.
- High sensitivity and specificity
- Perfect reproducibility and consistency across batches
- Quality control with three-level inspections
- Wide range of targets/species available
- Intra-assay: CV<10%; Inter-assay: CV<12%
Polymeric immunoglobulin receptor is a Fc receptor which facilitates the secretion of IgA and IgM. The poly-Ig receptor is expressed on several glandular epithelia including those of liver and breast. It mediates transcellular transport of polymeric immunoglobulin molecules. It is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily (Hood et al. 1985). The receptor has 5 units with homology to the variable (V) units of immunoglobulins and a transmembrane region, which also has some homology to certain immunoglobulin variable regions.
