DIGE Gels LF24 are large format precast 12.5% polyacrylamide gels with low fluorescent glass plates intended for 2D DIGE/DIBE™ with Amersham™ DIGE Unit LF24 electrophoresis.

The glass plates do not need to be removed when scanning the gel with a fluorescent image scanner. Open the glass cassette to perform transfer of the proteins to a membrane.

This gel is intended for two-dimensional fluorescence difference gel electrophoresis (2-D DIGE) and large format HCP coverage assay (2D DIBE™) for regulatory requirements of HCP ELISA. Ready to use DIGE buffer kits allow for a quick electrophoresis set up. The package contains three precast gels.
