Flocked swabs are the perfect tool for microbial sample collection. The flocked nylon fibers draw fluid into the swab through capillary action, allowing for efficient sample collection.

Thin and pliant shaft reduces patient discomfort when collecting samples
Notched breakpoints along the shaft provide a simple way to package swabs for transport after each collection

These flocked swabs lack the spun-fiber core of traditional swabs, leading to higher sample yields. This enhanced collection method results in a better disagnosis process for laboratories and a smaller chance of misdiagnosis for patients.
