STK35 is serine/threonine kinase 35 which is a kinase that is predominantly found in the nucleus and interacts with PDLIM1/CLP-36 in the cytoplasm and localize to actin stress fibers. STK35 protein is a regulator of actin stress fibers in nonmuscle cells. STK35 specifically targets STK1 to actin stress fibers and that it may represent a regulator of the actomyosin cytoskeleton in nonmuscle cells (1). STK35 Protein is ideal for investigators involved in Signaling Proteins, Cellular Proteins, Cardiovascular Disease, ERK/MAPK Pathway, Neurobiology, PKA/PKC Pathway, and Ser/Thr Kinases research.
STK35 Protein is stored in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.5, 50mM NaCl, 10mM glutathione, 0.1mM EDTA, 0.25mM DTT, 0.1mM PMSF, 25% glycerol. STK35 Protein is suitable for use in Western Blot. Expect a band approximately ~70kDa on specific lysates or tissues. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user.
