PLAC2 (placenta-specific protein 2) is a 151 amino acid protein that is encoded by a gene located on human chromosome 19p13. Based on its amino acid sequence, PLAC2 is predicted to be a multi-pass membrane protein. There are no reported studies or functions reported for this protein.

Anti-PLAC2 Antibody has been tested for use in ELISA, Western Blotting, Immunocytochemistry and Immunofluorescence. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at approximately 16 kDa in Western Blots of specific cell lysates and tissues.
