The NTP Solutions are ideal for use in RNA synthesis reactions
2’-Fluorine-dCTP and 2’-Fluorine-dUTP are efficiently incorporated into RNA transcripts by in vitro transcription reactions with Durascribe® T7 RNA Polymerase. Complete substitution of the 2′-Fluorine-dCTP and 2′-Fluorine-dUTP for the canonical CTP and UTP in a DuraScribe® in vitro transcription reaction yields “DuraScript RNA” that is completely resistant to digestion by RNase A. DuraScript RNA is suitable for RNAi and RNA aptamer applications. These nucleotides are supplied as neutralized solutions at 50 mM each (1 µmol/tube).
The NTP and 2’-Fluorine-Nucleoside-5’-Triphosphate solutions are provided as RNase- and DNase-free, neutral solutions that meet strict spectrophotometric criteria and are tested in functional assays.
The ATP Solution is available separately and is suitable for use as a cofactor with T4 DNA Ligase for ligating DNA molecules and T4 Polynucleotide Kinase for phosphorylating the 5′ ends of DNA or RNA molecules, and for RNA tailing applications. The ATP Solution is provided as a 100 mM solution (25 µmol/tube).
