These Thermo Scientific 10 mm wide opening screw-thread vials are manufactured from either clear Type 1, Class A glass or superior quality 51A amber Type 1, Class B glass.

Kits include 100 amber glass vials assembled with 100 screw thread caps and septa. Kits are packaged in convenient vial trays with clear covers or in economical polybags.

Thermo Scientific National 10 mm Unassembled Convenience Kits save time during sample preparation and reduce the risk of contamination. Each kit includes 100 clear vials and 100 screw thread caps with pre-assembled septa. Reusable two-compartment trays protect vials and closures, while keeping matching supplies together. Clear trays make it easy to keep track of available supplies without opening containers.

Vials have a 10-425 thread finish. Get maximum sample extraction without the need for separate inserts by using Microsampling and High Recovery Vials. Identify sample and volume using the graduated, write-on patch provided on certain vials. Obtain maximum recovery of critical polar, labile or OH-interacting compounds using silanized (deactivated) glass (optional). Polyspring inserts are self-aligning and provide a cushion against needle contact. Precision point inserts minimize residual sample loss.
