Nunc-Immuno™ MicroWell™ 96-Well Plates, Thermo Scientific
Microplates Immunology Microplates and Strips
One-piece 96-well MicroWell™ plates are designed for colorimetric, fluorescent, and luminescent immunoassays and binding assays

Assay plates are ideal for colorimetric ELISA tests and are frosted for easy handling and labeling. LumiNunc plates are designed for luminescent assays, but can also be used for fluorescent assays. FluoroNunc plates are for fluorescent assays.

Certified plates guarantee uniform binding capacity of CV less than 5%, intra well O.D. within ±10% from the mean of the plate. Background reading for all wells within ±0.005 adsorbance units from mean. Made of virgin polystyrene.

Plates are made from a highly controlled and characterized resin. Four surfaces are offered to optimize mobilization. The MaxiSorp™ surface is a hydrophilic/hydrophobic mix that binds to a wide variety of biomolecules, but has not been optimized to bind IgG. The PolySorp™ surface is hydrophobic and is ideal for the immoblization of hydrophobic biomolecules such as lipids and hydrophobic proteins. MediSorp™ plates are less hydrophilic than MaxiSorp™, but more hydrophilic than PolySorp™ surfaces. This surface binds many biomolecules that have a mixed hydrophilic/hydrophobic character, including immunoglobulins. Non-specific binding is reduced for samples that contain serum or plasma. The MultiSorp™ surface is more hydrophilic than MaxiSorp™ plates. This surface binds more hydrophilic proteins such as glycoproteins. It also has high affinity for polar lipids.

Ordering information: Packed five plates per sleeve. The 400 µL non-certified MaxiSorp™ Plate is bar coded. For lids and sealing films, see 62409-118 series.
