The Web Site may contain bulletin board services, chat areas, news groups, forums, communities, personal web pages, calendars, and/or other message or communication facilities designed to enable you to communicate with the public at large or with a group (collectively, "Community Feature"). You agree to use the Community Feature only to post, send and receive messages and material that are proper and related to the particular Community Feature. A. Specifically you agree not to do any of the following when using a Community Feature:

7. Conduct or forward surveys, contests, pyramid schemes or chain letters.
8. Download any file posted by another user of a Community Feature that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner or that you have a contractual obligation to keep confidential (notwithstanding its availability on the Web Site).
9. Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded.

However, the Company can neither review all material before it is posted on the Web Site nor ensure prompt removal of objectionable material after it has been posted. Accordingly, the Company assumes no liability for any action or inaction regarding transmissions, communications or content provided by third parties. Applicable Law; International Use
