ZNF131 belongs to the krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family. It contains 1 BTB (POZ) domain and 6 C2H2-type zinc fingers. It may be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF131 plays a role during development and organogenesis as well as in the function of the adult central nervous system.

ZNF131 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF131 by ELISA at 1:62500. ZNF131 antibody can be used for detection of ZNF131 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

Antibody is purified by peptide affinity chromatography method.

Antibody is lyophilized in PBS buffer with 2% sucrose. Add 50 μL of distilled water. Final antibody concentration is 1 mg/mL.

Aliquot and store at -20°C or below. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
